Code of Conduct
Welcome to CORE Summit
The Baltic Executive Summit Unlocking the Region’s Key Growth Opportunities
Impact Week OÜ is the organiser of CORE Summit.
Our mission is to drive regional economic growth by equipping Baltic C-Suite and Boards with strategies that break through productivity ceilings. To achieve this, we maintain an environment defined by professional excellence, intellectual integrity, and mutual respect.
All participants, speakers, partners, and staff are required to uphold this Code of Conduct. At CORE Summit, we foster a peer-to-peer community where tough strategic choices are faced without “marketing filters.” This requires a foundation of safety and trust.
1. Expected Behavior
We encourage debate and the sharing of market intelligence, provided it is conducted with professional decorum.
- Ownership: Take full responsibility for your interactions and respect the professional standing of your peers.
- Collaboration: Engage in honest negotiations and align cross-sector interests to forge resilient value chains.
- Integrity: Ensure your conduct aligns with the high standards of ethical governance that CORE Summit represents.
- Appreciation: Recognise the operational weight and legal liability carried by fellow executives. Maintain the confidentiality of peer-to-peer discussions.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Impact Week OÜ maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any behavior that undermines the professional integrity of the summit. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:
- Any form of exclusion or discrimination based on gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or physical appearance.
- Intimidation, stalking, or unwelcome physical contact.
- Deliberate interference with presentations, breakout sessions, or official networking activities.
- Sharing offensive or impolite verbal/visual comments that conflict with our values of Integrity and Appreciation.
- Recording or photographing confidential peer-to-peer sessions without explicit consent.
- Persons under the influence of intoxicants that impair professional conduct will be removed. We advocate for the moderate and responsible use of alcohol during social functions.
3. Enforcement and Consequences
Any infraction or violation of this Code of Conduct will lead to immediate expulsion from the event without a refund. Impact Week OÜ reserves the right to prohibit attendance at future events and, if necessary, involve local law enforcement.
This document serves as the legal and ethical basis for our staff to intervene and maintain the high standards of CORE Summit.
4. Reporting an Incident
If you believe you have been subjected to disrespectful behavior, or if you witness a violation of these principles, we urge you to take immediate action:
- In Person: Locate a member of the CORE Summit staff (identified by specific badges/apparel).
- Direct Line: Call +372 5819 3883 to reach our operations team immediately.
- Email: Report concerns to info@coresummit.eu.
All reports will be handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, respecting the professional sensitivity of our community.
